Bernard is a results-focused leader with over 20 years experience spanning HR, Global Business Services, Digital Workplace and IT Managed Services. He partners with organisations to design and deliver enterprise-wide operating model transformation - restoring performance, strengthening governance, and building future-ready service capability.

Throughout his career, he has led business transformation programmes both here in Ireland and abroad, adept at leading talented diverse multi-geographical teams. His expertise combines deep financial acumen with strategic HR and digital capability, enabling organisations to align people, technology and operations to drive measurable business outcomes.

Bernard has completed business management courses with INSEAD and HEC Paris, is certified in Project Management and holds Six Sigma Black Belt qualification. Bernard brings disciplined programme governance, strategic clarity and operational precision to every engagement. He is recognised for building inclusive, high-performing leadership teams.

Alex oversees brand governance and corporate communications for Top HR Consulting, ensuring the firm’s market positioning, messaging and external materials reflect its strategic capability and executive-level expertise.

She is responsible for shaping the firm’s narrative across proposals, thought leadership, digital presence and corporate documentation, maintaining clarity, consistency and alignment with client expectations at enterprise level. Her work ensures that complex transformation capability is articulated with precision, credibility and impact.

With a background in organisational strategy, executive communication and stakeholder engagement, Alex brings a disciplined approach to brand stewardship. She supports bid development, proposal refinement and market positioning initiatives, strengthening the firm’s presence with senior decision-makers across regulated and complex industries.

Her focus is on protecting reputation, enhancing visibility and ensuring that every external touchpoint reflects the firm’s commitment to governance, operational excellence and sustainable transformation.
